** SERVICES POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE **

Alberta Kay Smith, age 72 of Osceola, IN passed away May 24, 2023 at Elkhart General. A life resident of the area, she was born March 11, 1951 in South Bend, IN to the late Donald Alwine and Rose (Dionne) Irons. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert S. Smith, son Robert E. Smith, brothers Donald and Tim Alwine and sisters Geraldine Holloway and Sandy Kryski. Alberta is survived by her sons Russell (Pattie) Smith, Adrian Smith and Ronald Smith as well as 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Services will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home on Wednesday May 31, 2023 at 12:00 pm with a visitation from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm prior to. Burial will follow in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
