Alicia A. Ford, 75, of Mishawaka, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday March 30, 2023 in South Bend, Indiana. She was born on April 30, 1947 in South Bend, IN to Aloysius and Cecelia (Podemski) Wojciechowski. She married William T. Ford in March of 1968.
She is survived by her husband, William; two sons, William A. and Timothy Ford; a daughter, Bridget Ford; 4 grandchildren: Brianna (Noah) Reshan, Kennedy Smith, Aunnika Smith and Gracie Ford; two brothers, Tom (Beth) and John (Maureen) Wojciechowski; two sisters, Mary Jane (John) Kline and Annie (Mike) Skobrak; and many nieces, nephew and cousins.
Alicia was employed with Countryside Place as a Nursing Assistant for 11 years. She was then employed with St. Joe Hospital, where she retired from in 2010. She was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church and St. Bavo Catholic Church. Her faith was very important to her. She was very family-oriented- her grandchildren were her world.
Friends may visit with the family on Monday April 3, 2023 from 6-8 PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 10776 McKinley Hwy., Osceola, IN 46561.
A Funeral Service in her honor will be at the funeral home on Tuesday April 4, 2023 at 1 PM. Entombment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
