Armelda Baker, 95, of South Bend, died Friday November 3, 2017. The Bell County, KY native was born September 14, 1922 to Franklin & Nancy (Mason) Baker. Armelda retired from Ball Band/Uniroyal in South Bend. She is survived by her daughter, Betty Lowe of South Bend, her grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
