Arthur A. Conley, 88, of South Bend, 3rd of twelve to Joseph and Anna (Jackman) Conley of Yonkers, NY. Six now survive, also surviving are his wife, Shirley (Gustafson) Conley and children, Art, Jr., Maureen, Brian, Pat, Tim, Terry, and Francis; 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He is a decorated Veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving on the USS Wasp. He was a retired Ironworker out of South Bend and an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous. His last years were spent repenting for a turbulent earlier life. Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 pm, Wednesday, February 24, 2010 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am, Thursday, February 25, 2010 in Christ the King Catholic Church, 52473 Indiana SR 933, South Bend. Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
