Barbara Louise Cobb, 81, of Granger, passed away at 7:05 am, Monday, June 30, 2014 in her home surrounded by family. Barbara was born on February 6, 1933 in Mishawaka, the daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Luke) Hiner. On March 5, 1949, she married Raymond Cobb. He passed away on March 5, 1991. Barbara retired from Wheel-A-Brator after over 30 years of service. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crafting, sewing, and bowling. Barbara was devoted to her family and was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Survivors include her daughter, Carol (Michael) Mielke of Granger, three grandchildren, Katrina Miller, Ambur Horne, and Britney Nettrouer; and nine great grandchildren, Austin, Ezra, Olivia, Michael, Tyler, Steevenson, Roselaure, Max, and Kelley. She is also survived by her brother, Delbert (Willadean) Hiner of Florida.Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 pm, Saturday, July 5, 2014 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm, in the funeral home, with burial to take place in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Hospice Foundation, 501 Comfort Drive, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
