Barbara Ann (Griggs) Lydeen 84, of Mishawaka, IN passed away on January 28,2022 in Mishawaka.     She was born to the late Milo and Bernice (Meller) Griggs on June 18,1937 in Plymouth, IN.

She is survived by her son John(Elaine) Lydeen, her grandsons Larry (Danielle) Bybee III , Conan Bybee and great-grandkids.

Barb had a big heart and took in and loved Brian Gould as if he was her own. She also had a very special relationship with Ray Carlson and Renee Stokes.  In addition to her parents,  Barbara was proceeded in death by both of her daughters,  Penny Crum and Robin McNeely  and a lifelong friend Joe Poston.   Barbara retired from Bendix after over 50 years of service.  She loved Elvis Presley and loved spending time with her grandkids & great-grandkids.

Services for Barbara will be Thursday February 3, 2022 at 1PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 10776 McKinley Hwy Osceola, IN 46561.  Friends may visit from 11AM until the time of service.  Burial to follow funeral in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Chapel Hill is honored to care for the Lydeen Family.
