Bertha Delores "Dee" Phillips, 70, of Mishawaka, died Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Creekside Village in Mishawaka, IN. The Mishawaka native was born May 18, 1946 to Leo W. and Helen L. (Stikeleather) Phillips, who have both preceded her in death. Delores enjoyed Country and Western Music and loved to dance. She worked for many years as a home health aide which is a testament to her caring and giving spirit. Dee loved her nieces and nephews and would take walks just to enjoy nature around her. Delores is survived by her siblings, Alice Benson of Lakeville, William J. (Mary) McKeon and Marie Tipp both of Mishawaka; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Carol Benson and Rita Williams; and her beloved cat Herbie. In honor of Delores''s wishes, no services are planned at this time.
