Born August 10, 1940 in Savannah, Tennessee bone to Manuel and Pearline (Dillahunt)Higgins; they preceded her in death. And Husband Earlie Williams Sr., her daughter Etta Buie also granddaughter Vernisha Wilson.

Her spirit is carried on by her children, Earlie Williams Jr., Randall Williams, Francis Jackson, Vernna (Dale) Monroe, Joyce Williams and Odis Williams. With numerous grandchildren, great- grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

We little knew that morning that God will call your name. In life we loved you dearly; in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone, for part of us went with you: the day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories: your love is still our guide. And though we can not see you: you are always by our side. Our Family Chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one. The chain will link again.
