Beverly J. Darr, 81, of Osceola, passed away at 9:07 am, Friday, January 22, 2010 in Elkhart General Hospital. Beverly was born on August 10, 1928 in Wakarusa to the late Claude and Pearl (Kaufman) Grose.
She is survived by her children, Steven Darr of West Jefferson, NC, Kurt (Mary) Darr of Bothel, WA, Michael (Gloria) Darr of Cypress, TX, Nicholas Darr of Osceola, Scott (Marsha Myers) Darr of Mishawaka and Gigi (Philip) Hoffman of Mishawaka, IN, 18 grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Wyona Sheets of Cassopolis, MI, Gwen Strickland of Osceola, John Grose of Baltimore, MA, Lavene Grose of Daytona Beach, FL, Phil Grose of Osceola and Preston Grose of Elkhart A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, January 26, 2010 in Osceola United Methodist Church, 431 N. Beech St, Osceola. Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway is handling arrangemtns.
