In loving memory of Beverly M. Fillmore 72, of Mishawaka,In. Beverly passed away on January 4, 2021. She was born on June 13, 1948 in Crawfordsville, In. to Alva R. Vance and Betty Rhea (Woodard) Vance. On June 29, 1969 she married Donald R. "Tiny" Fillmore. Beverly retired from the University of Notre Dame on July 1, 2014 after 30 years of service. Some of her biggest joys were spending time with her family, her monthly breakfast dates with her girlfriends and watching Christmas movies year round on the Hallmark channel. Beverly is survived by her children, Donald Fillmore Jr, Christopher Fillmore of Mishawaka, Babette (Bob) Zielinski of South Bend and Theron Fillmore of Johnsonville, Ny. Six grandchildren, Rhea, Sierra, Aubry, and Cooper Fillmore and Ashley Simpson. Five great-grandchildren, Carter and Maia Miller, Hayden Chipps, Analeah Fillmore and Trent Simpson. Beverly is also survived by her siblings, Barbara Anderson, Dennis Vance, Cynde (Gary) McKinney, Jeffrey (Darlean) Vance, and Karen Ahearn. She was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her beloved husband, both of her parents, her brother Douglas Vance and her grandson David Simpson.
Friends and family will be received January 12, 2021 at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens 10776 McKinney Hwy Osceola, In. Family visitation is at 11:00 am and friends may visit from 12-1pm. Service will be at 1:00pm.
