Beverly Griffin age 86 passed away at Golden Living Center in Elkhart, IN. Bev was born on October 9, 1934 in Elkhart, Indiana to Irene V (McClinitic) Chafee and Walter E Chaffee. She graduated from Marysville High School in Marysville, MI where she resided as a child. She returned to Elkhart when she married Frederick "Fritz" Griffin in 1952. He passed away in November of 2010.

Bev is survived by her four children, Sheryl (Mike) Snell, Deb (Rick) Gravender, Diana Martz and Ken (Shelly)Griffin. She is also survived by her brother Daniel Chaffee, seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Bev was employed by several manufacturers in the area including Whitehall Laboratories and U.S. Brass. She was an avid bowler and competed in tournaments at the local, state, and national levels. She was also a bowling coach for many years.
