Billey F. Ledgewood, 81, of Osceola, died on March 4, 2019.  He was born on February 10, 1938 in Waterloo, Alabama to Porter and Lillian (James) Ledgewood.  Bill graduated from Mishawaka High School in 1956 and went on to serve his country honorably in the United States Air Force.  On November 25, 1961, Bill married Olene Adams and she survives.  Bill was a member of First General Baptist Church in Osceola where he served on the church board and as Sunday School Superintendent.  He worked for Vincent Bach as a polisher and buffer for over 40 years until his retirement.  Bill enjoyed bowling, horseshoes, and fast pitched softball.  He loved music and would sing for others.  Bill is survived by his wife of 57 years, Olene; his children, Kimberly (Craig) Harris of Goshen, and Shannon (Helen) Ledgewood of San Antonio, Texas; and six grandchildren, Holly Harris, Kelly Harris, Luke Harris, Amy Harris, Thomas Goad, and Paige Ledgewood.  He was preceded in death by his parents.   Friends and family will be received on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 4-7 PM in the Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, IN 46561.  A funeral service in Bill 's honor will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 10 AM in the funeral home with the burial to follow.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be to First General Baptist Church, 11101 McKinley Highway, Osceola, IN  46561.
