Briyson Avander Councell, 7 years old, of Mishawaka, died Friday June 1, 2018 at Memorial Hospital. He was born in Mishawaka on May 1, 2011, the son of Seth R. Councell and Brittany (Smith) Councell.  His middle name, Avander, was chosen because it means "good man". Briyson was in the first grade at Emmons Elementary School in Mishawaka. He enjoyed his role as the "big brother" in the family and was known as a very loving & caring boy, who "also had a goofy & playful side" and was very fun-loving. Survivors include his mother, Brittany Councell of Mishawaka; his father, Seth (Krystal) Councell of Granger; his sister, Brayleigh Councell; brothers, Miles Ake & Carson Councell, as well as his grandparents, aunts, uncles & cousins.
