Caleb D. Fry, 19, died Wednesday, May 18, 2011. The Elkhart native was born March 26, 1992 and was a member of the Class of 2010 at Elkhart Central High School. Caleb was a student at IUSB and was also employed at Menards. Caleb had a love of music and was a trumpet player in the Symphonic Band, Jazz Ensemble and Blazer Brigade Marching Band at Elkhart Central. Also an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing and hunting, especially bow-hunting and was an Eagle Scout. Caleb is survived by his parents, Tim & Bessie Hostetter of Bristol; his sisters, Crystal Hostetter of Bristol and Marie (Dan) Chase of Ft. Stewart, GA; his brother, Jacob Hostetter, at home; step-grandparents, Tom and Jackie Hostetter of Middlebury; aunts & uncles, Susan (Marvin) Calhoun , Kevin (Patti) Shrider and Jason (Rayne) Hostetter, all of Elkhart, Justin (Nicole) Hostetter of Brighton, MI and several cousins. Funeral Services 7:00pm Monday, May 23, 2011 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy, where friends may call Monday from 4-7pm. The family''s preferred memorial is the Elkhart Central High School Blazer Brigade Marching Band, 1 Blazer Blvd, Elkhart, Indiana 46516.
