Carolyn Louise (Holliday) Boykin, 84 passed away on December 9, 2021 in Elkhart, IN.  She was born to the late Motto and Joada (Huff) Holliday on August 15, 1937 in Union City, TN.  Carolyn married Floyd Everett Boykin on September 24, 1964.  Carolyn graduated from Union City High School.  She was employed by Hotel Elkhart for 14 years; she also did private cleaning for clients.  She had a special family she cleaned their home for over 25 years.

Carolyn was a member of The Church of Cassopolis in Michigan.  She loved the lord and enjoyed singing Gospel songs.  Carolyn attended Bible study regularly and loved to do her crossword puzzles.  She was a quiet and loving person.  She loved her family and friends.  She enjoyed having her cousin LaVelle Wiley pick her up and take her shopping.  Carolyn will be truly missed by all.

She is survived her sister Jeanette (Holliday) Fox; her nieces, Gwen Holliday, Yolanda Fox, Toi-San Fox, Stannette Fox; her nephew, Stanley Fox; a host of great nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her niece, Carolyn Denise Holliday.

A Memorial service for Carolyn will be on Saturday January 22, 2022 at 1PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 10776 McKinley Hwy Osceola, IN 46561.
