SOUTH BEND- Carolyn Sample 68 passed away Saturday evening at Kindred Hospital in Mishawaka. She was born to Chester and Virginia (Fridley) Sample in New Castle IN. Carolyn moved to the Mishiana area 20 years ago from the Anderson area. She enjoyed playing bingo, reading romance novels and doing crossword puzzles. Carolyn is survived by Brother William Sample and many nieces and nephews of the Anderson area. She was preceded in death by her parents, Brothers Robert and Micheal and one niece Deana Strayer. There are no services planned at this time.
