Cecil C. Troutman, Jr., 84, of St. Charles, MO, formerly of South Bend, passed away on March 25, 2010. He was born on May 1, 1925 in Kokomo, IN.
Loving husband of the late Phyllis A. (May) Troutman, he is survived by three children, William and Pamela Troutman of St. Charles, MO, Thomas and Cynthia Troutman of Cape Girardeau, MO and Cecilia and Kevin McCoy of St. Peter''s, MO. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren and two brothers, John and Jim Troutman.
Mr. Troutman was a WWII veteran, serving in the U.S. Army. He was honorably discharged in 1946.
A graveside service will be held in the Garden of Christus on the grounds of Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola at 10:00 am, Friday, April 30, 2010. Military rites will follow before burial.
