Charles Robert Babbitt II, 66, an area resident for most of his life, died Sunday, June 28, 2015 in Washougal, WA. The South Bend native was born January 22, 1949 to Charles & Wanda Babbitt. He worked in the shipping industry as a freight expediter and was a HAM radio enthusiast. Charles is survived by his sons, Charles Robert (Silvia Salazar) Titus III and Michael (Tina Kingsbury) Titus; his grandchildren: Bradley, Christian, Steven, and Jaclynn and 1 great-grandson, Isaiah. Following a private family service, Charles will be interred at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
