Charles Lee Ragland 76, of Elkhart, IN passed away on April 15, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on July 12, 1944 in Columbia, Virginia to the late Arthur Samuel and Pearl Ann (Agrew) Ragland.  He married the love of his life Ann Chaney on April 2, 1964.  He had a mechanics heart, he loved building and working on his chevelles.  He was the proud owner of Holiday House RV.

He is survived by his 3 sons; Mark, Bryan and Steven (Tammy) Ragland; 5 brothers Harvey (Lillie), Dennis (Sharry), Robert, David and Tony Ragland; 2 sisters Virginia Ann Rice and Lois Ann (Larry) Tully; 4 grandchildren Taylor, Riley, Connor and Bradley Ragland; 3 great grandchildren Lawson, Deacon and Carter Ragland; along with several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, Charles was preceded in death by his brother Nelson Ragland.

Services for Charles will be held Tuesday April 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Riverview General Baptist Church 1201 E. Indiana Ave. Elkhart, IN 46516 with Pastor Rick Pirtle.  Burial to follow in Chapel Hill Memory Gardens in Osceola, IN.  Friends may visit Monday April 19, 2021 from 4PM-8PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 10776 McKinley Hwy Osceola, IN 46561.   Memorial contributions may be made in Charles memory to the Heart to Heart Hospice.
