Clarence "Roy" Wagner, 87, of Elkhart, passed away on October 19, 2023 in Mishawaka, Indiana.  He was born on November 26, 1935 in Butler, Indiana to Homer J. Wagner.  He married Vera Maxson.  She preceded him in death on May 25, 2006.

He is survived by a son, Mark (Brenda) Lantz; a grandson, Nicholas Wagner.  He is also survived by his dear friend, Pam Bickel.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Kevin; a granddaughter, Sarah; and 3 sisters, Elsie, Donna and Eloise.

He served his country in the United States Army.

A  Funeral Service in his honor will be on Wednesday October 25, 2023 at 2 PM at  Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy., Osceola, Indiana 46516.  Pastor Ted Stanley with Trinity Lutheran Church will officiate.  Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service.

Burial will immediately follow at Chapel Hill  Memorial Gardens.
