Obituary

With immeasurable love and deep sorrow, we share that our beloved Cynthia peacefully closed the final chapter of her earthly life on Saturday, December 5, 2020. She was truly an angel among us, and while her passing has left an ache that words cannot fully express, her life remains a beautiful testament to love, compassion, and forgiveness.

Cynthia was born on May 21, 1959, in Elkhart, Indiana. From her earliest days, she possessed a gentle soul and a caring heart that only grew stronger throughout her life. She had an extraordinary ability to love unconditionally, to forgive freely, and to offer compassion without hesitation. These qualities defined who she was and how she lived, touching the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Carl and Imogene Kiebel, whose guidance and love helped shape the remarkable woman she became. Cynthia is survived by her devoted husband, Michael, whose love for her endures beyond words. Their bond was one of deep affection, loyalty, and shared devotion to family. Together, Cynthia and Michael found their greatest joy in the love of their children and grandchildren, who were truly the center of her world. She cherished every moment with them, celebrating their lives, nurturing their hearts, and offering unwavering support.

Cynthia also leaves behind her brothers, Mark and David Kiebel, along with many children and grandchildren who will forever carry her love within them. Family meant everything to Cynthia, and she poured her heart into caring for those she loved, always placing their needs before her own.

Beyond her love for family, Cynthia had a profound affection for animals. Her compassion extended to all living creatures, and she found comfort and joy in caring for them. This deep empathy reflected the very essence of who she was—kind, gentle, and endlessly giving.

The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to their daughter, Erin Carrol, whose love, strength, and support meant more than words can say. Heartfelt thanks are also extended to all of the loving children who stood beside Cynthia, and to the incredible Hospice team whose tender care, compassion, and dedication provided comfort and dignity during her final journey. A special and sincere thank-you is also given to David Kiebel for his unwavering help, kindness, and support during this difficult time.

Although Cynthia is no longer with us in body, her spirit lives on in the love she gave so freely, the lives she touched, and the memories that will be treasured forever. Her legacy is one of kindness, forgiveness, and unconditional love—a legacy that will continue through her family for generations to come.

I love you always, my darling. You are forever in my heart.
With endless love,
Michael, your devoted husband
