Cynthia Ann Neely, age 61, of Osceola, went home to be with her Lord on March 10, 2016. She was born October 13, 1954 to Donald and Wilma (England) Plotner in South Bend, IN. On February 9, 1974, Cynthia married Tim Neely. He survives. She was a member of the Bread of Life Church and enjoyed family time with her children and grandchildren. Cynthia is survived by her husband, Tim; her children, Anne (Caleb) Chapman, Mike (Amanda) Neely, Dan (Melissa) Neely, Paul Neely, Mary (Gene) Zimmerman, John (Michelle) Neely, Tom (Megan) Neely, Beth Neely, Jim (Reah) Neely, Dave (Cassie) Neely, Ruth Neely, Becca Neely, Martha Neely; 27 grandchildren; her sisters, Sandra Vogel, Susan Replogle, Cheryl Evans. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald; and a grandchild, Tanner Zimmerman. Friends and relatives will be received on Monday, March 14, 2016 from 4-8 PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, IN 46561. A memorial service in Mrs. Neely''s honor will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 10 AM at the funeral home. A private family burial will take place in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
