SOUTH BEND, IN – David L. Renes, age 64, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.

He was born on May 12, 1955 to the late Chester and Ethel (Andrews) Renes. David was born and raised in South Bend. David was a truck driver most of his life but was a jack of all trades as well. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, music, and most of all is family.

David is survived by his children, Josh Renes of South Bend, IN, Ethan (Alexis) Renes of Mishawaka, IN, Shelby (Joseph) Thompson of South Bend, IN, Danielle Ayodo-Winston of Salem, NC, and Naomi Renes of Mishawaka, IN; 17 grandchildren; brother, Dennis (Diane) Renes of Arizona; sister, Connie Renes of South Bend, IN; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Spring Renes and parents.

The family of David has chosen no public services.
