Deloise Jane Christner, 85, of Mishawaka, died Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Golden Living Center in Mishawaka, IN. The South Bend native was born May 16, 1931 to Ralph and Verna Boles, who have both preceded her in death. In 1987, Deloise was baptized in the Jehovah''s Witness faith and was a dedicated follower. Deloise is survived by her children, Terry (Judy) Smet, Victor (Sandra) Lynn, and Joseph (Lois) Smet; four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Allen Smet. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, March 4, 2017 from 2-3 PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, IN 46561 with the funeral service immediately at 3 PM with Paul Troxell officiating. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
