Deloris J. Wennerstrom, age 83, of Mishawaka, passed away Wed. April 3, 2013 at Fountainview Place Rehabilitation Center. Deloris was born March 14, 1930 to the late Ora F. and Irene (Anderson) Lane in Mishawaka, Indiana. On June 20, 1959, she married Culver Wennerstrom in Roseland, Indiana.

Culver survives, along with their daughter Chris (Scott) Anderson of Osceola. Also surviving is her brother Ora W. (Norma) Lane, and her daughter in law Becky Wennerstrom, both of Mishawaka. Surviving as well are 5 grandchildren; Emily Wennerstrom, Philip W. Danley, Levi A. Danley, Samantha Anderson and Miranda Anderson. She was preceded in death by her son, Edwin David Wennerstrom, her siblings Alvin, Edward and Robert Lane, Loretta Adams, Darleen Wood and Donna Wood.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Monday, April 8, 2013 at Chapel Hill with Pastor Bob Vale presiding. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

Deloris was employed at Uniroyal in Mishawaka for many years until her retirement in 1987. She enjoyed playing BINGO, visiting casinos, camping, traveling by motor home with her husband Culver, and loved her poodles. She was also a longtime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the DAV #19 and American Legion Post # 143 of Bristol.
