Dennis I. Cecrle, age 57, of Elkhart passed away on April 19, 2016 at 8:30 AM at home. He was born February 19, 1959 to Richard and Loretta (Babcock) Cecrle in South Bend, Indiana. Dennis was a Penn High School graduate where he excelled on the basketball team-receiving the MVP award. He was a member of the Northway Church of Christ. Dennis is survived by his mother, Loretta Cecrle of Granger; his siblings, Steven Cecrle of South Bend, Diane (Mark) Zobrosky of North Carolina, Julie (Chuck) Wotring of Granger; and a special friend, Lily Sosseur of Elkhart. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard in 2006; and his brothers, Tom Cecrle in 1986 and Rick Cecrle in 2004. There will be a time of visitation on Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 4-8 PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, IN 46561. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 2 PM at the funeral home with Bro. Chuck Wotring officiating. There will be visitation one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials are directed to the Northway Church of Christ, 19525 Auten Road, South Bend, IN 46637.
