Dennis Paul Collins, Sr., 60, of Elkhart, passed away at 2:00 am, Sunday, August 4, 2013 in his home. Dennis was born on November 9, 1952, the son of the late George and June (Miller) Collins. On September 18, 1975, he married Sharon Butler.

He is survived by his wife Sharon, six children, Dennis Collins, Jr. of Elkhart, Crystal (Russell) See of Cassopolis, MI, Kellie Owensby of Las Vegas, NV, Jeremy (Jenni) Collins of Elkhart, Justin (Alissa) Collins of Elkhart and Cassandra Collins of Elkhart; 11 grandchildren, one brother, Kevin (Val) Collins of Elkhart and two sisters, Terri Clayton of Union, MI and Cindy Kabay of Bristol, IN.

Dennis will be remembered for his love of his family, golf, fishing, and bowling at Country Club Lanes He loved to watch western movies and Bears football.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 pm, Thursday, August 8, 2013 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, August 9, 2013 in the funeral home with burial to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
