DeWayne Richard "Ike" Miller, 88, of White Pigeon, Michigan passed,  away on Saturday September 16, 2023 at Woodland Manor in Elkhart, Indiana.  He was born on April 18,  in LaGrange, IN to Elmer and Rosa (Yoder) Miller.  He married Shelby Hill on April 28, 1988.

DeWayne is survived by his wife, Shelby; his children: Tina Stoltz, Chris (Teri) Miller and Judith Sampers; grandchildren: Jordan M. Miller, Blake Eaton, Shane Kristen, Collin Sampers, Brandon Davies, Ben Schuelke and Joe Schuelke; a son-in-law, Kenny Eaton; as well as a sister, Rosalie Yoder.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Eaton, and 13 siblings.

DeWayne was a carpenter in the RV industry.  He loved building things.  His work was his recreation.  He could often be found building things for family- from cabinets to dressers, his hand crafted pieces will be a comfort to his family for generations.

A Funeral Service in his honor will be at 2 PM on Monday September 25, 2023 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy., Osceola, IN 46561.  Pastor Ray LaBorde will officiate.

Friends may visit with the family for an hour before the service starts at the funeral home.
