GRANGER -Dolly N. LaRue, 84, passed away late Thursday morning while surrounded by her loving family on December 7, 2017 in Granger, Indiana. Dolly was born in Mishawaka, IN on April 27, 1933 to the late Carl and Leola (Williams) Pfaller. She was wed to Phillip LaRue September 23, 1950 and celebrated nearly 50 years of marriage before his passing on March 1, 1997.
Dolly was always doing for others. She was everyone''s mom and grandma. She loved Jesus and spread that love to all of her family. She was known to be a big of fan of board games. Dolly was happiest when she had a house full of people, food cooking on the stove, and taking in all the joy her family brought to her life. She was loving grandma and adored her grandchildren.
Dolly is survived by her daughters, Toni (Greg) Swick of Edwardsburg, MI, Tami LaRue of Granger, IN, and Linda Martin of Mishawaka, IN; sister, LuAnn Herin, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. In addition to her husband, Dolly was preceded in death by eleven brothers and sisters.
