Dorothy A. Booz, age 92, passed away on Sunday August 11, 2024, at East Lake Nursing and Rehab in Elkhart IN following a period of declining health.

Dorothy was born on February 7, 1932, in Goshen, IN to Hugh and Ruth M. (Pinkerton) Ettline. Dorothy graduated from Elkhart High School. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Bob Booz of 26 years.  She was also preceded in death by a son Timothy Routson and a daughter's Sherry Salomon and Diane Routson.

Dorothy worked at Bristol Valley Foods and drove semi-trucks. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, solving puzzles, crafting, bingo, crocheting and knitting. She had formerly enjoyed gardening, 4H clubs with her children as a leader and teacher.

She is survived by her children Jim Routson of Mesick, MI; Debra (Richard) Borosh of Bristol, IN and Pamela Patrick of Connecticut, stepdaughters Marsha (Scott) Webber of Granger, Patti Ramirez of Goshen, a son in law Bill Salomon of Osceola, daughter in law Peggy (Routson) Beheyt, 9 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren and 22 great great grandchildren, and a sister, Ann Letts of Ashbury Virginia.
