Emma Nicole Smith, age 2 months, passed away suddenly on June 17, 2009 at Elkhart General Hospital. Emma was born March 25, 2009 in South Bend, Indiana.
Her parents, Jeremy and Amber Smith of Elkhart, survive, along with her sister, Elyzabeth Anne Smith of Elkhart. Also surviving are her paternal grandparents; Jeff (Kristen) Smith and Deborah Beggs, all of Elkhart, and her maternal grandparents, Rhonda (Mike) McBrier of Bristol, Indiana and Gilbert Golden Jr. of Prattville, Alabama.
Visitation will be from 10-11:00 am Monday, June 22, 2009 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, Indiana. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, June 22, 2009 in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
