Frances R. "Peggy" Perry , 86, of White Pigeon MI, died peacefully on Tuesday Dec. 25, 2018 at her granddaughter's home in Wolcottville. She was born in Cassopolis on January 8, 1932 to (the late) Charles Ray & Ruth Ardale (Elliott) Churchill. Peggy had retired from Elkhart Campground and enjoyed embroidery and working crossword & word search puzzles. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Bellaire, her second husband, Joseph Perry; son, Frank Baldwin; grandson, Franklin Baldwin; sister, Ester King and brothers, Darwin Churchill & Ray Churchill. Peggy is survived by her children, Earl (Carolyn) Baldwin of White Pigeon MI, Elain (David) Brennan of Niles MI, Mildred Bellaire or Three Rivers MI, Frances Phillips of White Pigeon; her sister, Mildred Hillman of St. Joseph MI; 16 grandchildren and several grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
