Obituary

ELKHART-Freddie 82 went to be with our Lord on Thursday May 17, 2016. He made his transition at the Golden Living Center in Elkhart. Freddie was born on July 29, 1933 to Herbert and Mary (Hardin) Bryant in Chicago Ill. He leaves behind his wife of 59 years Wilhelmina (Nance) Bryant. His sons Eric (Joyce) of Chicago, Ray (Sandra) of Texas, Robert Sr. (Peggy) of Elkhart and Rudy of Georgia, he is also survived by two brothers of Chicago Robert Bryant, Melvin (Theresa) Bryant and one sister Nesby (Bill) Thomas fifteen grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends. Freddie was preceded in death by his parents, Brother Herbert, two children Kenney and Cynthia and a grandson JR. (Robert Bryant Jr.) Freddie was better known for his sense of humor, his big smile and his love for the Lord. Freddie was a member of the United States Air Force he was honorably discharged on August 13, 1952. He also retired from Memorial Hospital in the security department. Friends and family may call Saturday June 4, 2016 from 1:00-2:00pm at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 10776 McKinley Highway Osceola IN 46516 with a memorial service with full military honors immediately starting at 2:00pm with Elder George E. Poole officiating interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. A Special thanks to Dr Eck and the Golden Living Staff for the wonderful care provided.
