Survivors include his mother, Heather Morales and father, Gerardo Hernandez of Elkhart; brothers, Patrick & Michael Hardwick; maternal grandfather, Lavern Williams of Elkhart and paternal grandmother, Maria Hernandez of Elkhart. Graveside services 2:00pm Friday, November 4, 2011 in The Garden of Heavenly Angels at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 10776 McKinley Hwy. Fr.
