ELKHART- Glenna Johnson 67 passed away Saturday morning at her home. She was born in LaPorte IN to Kenneth and Burnace (Anderson) King. Glenna had lived in the Michiana area most of her life. On September 16, 1978 she married William Johnson he still survives. She had worked for Morgan Drive Away as a dispatcher and later ran the mail room for the Elkhart Truth. Glenna enjoyed reading "Stephen King" books and watching horror movies she was also a cat lover. Glenna was best known for her sense of humor and her ability to make people laugh. She is survived by her spouse, sons William (Genna) Johnson, Andrew (Jenn) Johnson, John (Lisa) Johnson, Grandchildren John and Andrea, Brother Kenneth (Brenda) King and Sisters Barbara (Craig Ponne) King and Mary Ann (Kenneth) Lane. A gathering of friends and family will be Wednesday August 24, 2016 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 10776 McKinley Highway Osceola IN. 46561 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm. The funeral service will be Thursday August 25 at 10:00am at the funeral home with Reverend Donny Johnson officiating with a one hour prior visitation. Burial will immediately follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
