Glenna Leora "Cricket" Wright, 79, of Mishawaka, passed away in her home on Thursday, October 15, 2009. Glenna was born on February 24, 1930 in North Industry, OH. to the late Clark and Marye (Parsons) Hilt.
She is survived by her husband, Dillard M. Wright, currently of Aurora, IL; seven children, Earl Clark (Geraldine) Wright of Boise, ID, John Wright of Mishawaka, Donald (Kathy) Wright of Mishawaka, Esther (Eldon) Bradley of Osceola, Kevin Wright of Mishawaka, Ronald (Lori) Wright of Niles, MI and Shane (Regina) Wright of Osceola; 17 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, John (Bonnie) Starcher of Spencer, WV, Marshall (Bernice) Starcher of KY and Abie (Wanda) Starcher of Parkersburg, WV, and sisters, Betty (Joe) Rice of Parkersburg, WV, Pat Rice of Indianapolis, IN, Mary Ellen (Dallas) Shields of Cincinnati, OH, Earline (Kenneth) West of Gandyville, WV and Anna Mae (Lyle) Austin of Barberton, OH. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Reba Jean Wright one sister, Nora and two brothers, Billie and Richard.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 pm, Monday, October 19, 2009 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, October 20, 2009 in the funeral home. Rev. Daniel Scheidt will officiate. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
