ELKHART- Gloria Ann Stephenson, 75, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 2, 2018 while surrounded by her family. Gloria was born in Dowagiac, Michigan on June 6, 1943 to the late Harold and Katherine (Zampanti) Wait. She retired from Banks Lumber Company in 2007. She loved her family very much, including her dogs, Bart, Molly, and Maggie. Gloria is survived by her children, Angela Lee and Lori (Keith) Chandler; adopted daughter, Lori (Tom) Legg; sisters, Sharon (Ron) McCuddy, Donna Dayson, Sandra (Wayne) Bowman, Roxanne (Tom) Bralick, eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by her son, Nick Craig; sister, Virginia Baldwin; brothers, James and Michael Wait, and longtime companion, David Ellsworth. Chapel Hill Funeral Home is entrusted with Ms. Stephenson's arrangements.
