Gwen Josephine Van Holsbeke, 93, of Mishawaka, passed away at 10:00 am, Monday, February 16, 2009 in Fountainview Place Nursing Home, Mishawaka. Gwen was born on December 11, 1915 in Pierceton, IN to the late Louis and Mary (Redman) Workman.
On January 12, 1935 in Mishawaka, she married Joseph Van Holsbeke, who passed away July 10, 1986. She graduated from Edwardsburg High School and retired from Ball Band. She is survived by three nephews and one niece.
A private family graveside service will take place. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola is handling arrangements.
