Harvey William Lutz III, 51, of Mishawaka, died Wednesday May 23, 2018 in Cloverdale, IN after a long struggle with Huntington's Disease. Harvey was born in Waukegan IL on November 3, 1966 to Harvey William Lutz, Jr. and Janet (Ashcraft) Lutz and he attended Mishawaka Schools. He loved music from an early age and was self-taught on the drums. He and his cousin, Jeff Stanley, (who has preceded Harvey in death) played in many bands across Michiana. Harvey is survived by his father, Harvey William Lutz, Jr. of Mishawaka and four children; Hannah (Eric) Knutson of Bloomington, Harvey William "Billy" Lutz IV and Sabrina Lutz, both of LaPorte, Jeffery Roper of Mishawaka and several grandchildren. Also surviving are his sisters; Janet (Jim) Hunter of Kernersville NC, Hope Olivia of Palm Bay FL, Candy (George) Riem of Granger and his grandmother, Marion L. Lutz of Arlington Heights IL.
