Haylie Ruth Evans, 12, of Osceola, IN gained her wings on Thursday, September 24, 2020, at her residence.

Haylie was born a leap year baby on February 29, 2008, in South Bend to Robert and Kristin Evans.

Haylies' fiery personality from her mom and her unbreakable bond with her dad made her unique. Haylie was a 7th grader at Grissom Middle School where she was loved by many. Peyton, Brady, and Kianna were the ones she could always count on to be there. Haylie enjoyed cheerleading with Mishawaka Elite, where her talent was undeniable. She expressed her creativity through the 768 videos she has on Tik Tok.

She is survived by her parents Robert and Kristin, her siblings Richard Evans-Sowala, Kolton Evans, and Lexi Evans; maternal grandparents Gina and Donald Loft of Mishawaka; paternal grandparents Robert and Barbara Evans of Osceola; paternal uncles James (Kimberly) Lowman, Jeremy (Khristina) Evans, Grant Evans; maternal aunts Tasha (Joshua) Parmley, Donali (Stephan) Lalich, and 2 other aunts and 1 uncle.

Haylies' goofy spirit, bright smile, and fierce nature will always be cherished. Haylie will always be loved and missed, and never forgotten.

In lieu of flowers donations to the family are appreciated.

Services for Haylie will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 10776 McKinley Highway Osceola, Indiana 46561 on Wednesday September 30, 2020 at 5:00 pm.  Visitation will start at 2 pm prior to.
