Helen A. Henderson, 91, of Osceola, died Friday February 27, 2015. The Elkhart County native was born July 21, 1923 to George & Agnes (Pecinowski) Wade. Helen was a homemaker and had formerly worked as a receptionist for Donn Spilman, DDS. Helen loved to go to lunch with friends, stopping at garage sales & flea markets along the way; she enjoyed sewing, travel & cooking and was known for her apple pies. Helen always attended her children''s & grandchildren''s events & activities and was immensely proud of her grandchildren when they received their college degrees. In addition to her parents, Helen was also preceded in death by her husband, William H. Henderson and by 3 sisters & 5 brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Tamara Perrin and her husband, Jerry ,of Osceola; grandchildren, Kerri Eagen and her husband, David, of Elkhart and Karla Musser and her husband, Scott, of Osceola; her great-granddaughter, Kenna Musser; sisters, Betty DeMetz and her husband, John; Linda Isza and her husband, Fred, all of Elkhart, and her brother, Dennis Wade and his wife, Cheryl, of Elkhart. Memorial Service 7:00 Wednesday March 4, 2015 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy, where friends may call Wednesday 5-7pm. Private interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
