Helen Marie Coryn, 90, of Elkhart, passed away at 8:55 am, Wednesday, September 11, 2013 in Eastlake Nursing & Rehabilitation. Helen was born on February 2, 1923, the daughter of the late John and Martha (Kruszynski) Klawinski. On April 22, 1944, she married Cyriel Coryn. He died on July 31, 1976.

She is survived by four children, John (Mary) Coryn of Elkhart, Michael (Luarles) Coryn of Granger, Robert (Diane) Coryn of Granger and Debra (John) Lee of Elkahrt. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Cyriel Coryn, son, James Coryn, and two sisters, Nettie Klawinski and Lucy Cuzinski and a great granddaughter, Emily Veit

Helen was an avid reader. She also loved to fish and play the piano.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm, Saturday, September 21, 2013 in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola.
