Helen G. Warner, age 99, of Elkhart passed away on December 31, 2015. She was born July 28, 1916 to Chester and Eva (Hall) Sawyer in Elkhart, Indiana. On March 1, 1939, Helen married Lyle "Pinky" Warner in Goshen. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Warner was an Elkhart High School graduate and went on to work at Miles Laboratories (Bayer). She retired in 1981. Helen was a member of the Moose Lodge for over 35 years and enjoyed playing bingo, sewing, and making arts and crafts. She is survived by her children, Thomas Warner and Linda (Dennis) Hutchison both of Elkhart; one grandchild; two great grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren. Mrs. Warner was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a granddaughter; three brothers; and a sister. A private cremation committal will take place with no services planned at this time.
