Henry Cruz Jr. (74) of Elkhart, IN passed away Sunday, Nov. 8, 2020 at the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawka, IN.  He was born on April 20, 1946 in Rosenberg, Texas to Henry and Minnie Cruz Sr.  He is survived by wife, Elizabeth Cruz, one son Henry Cruz III (daughter in-law Tiffany) both of Elkhart, IN, six grandchildren:  Sydney, Olivia, Dominic, Atticus, Remi and Rockland and one great-grandson (the late) Demetrius Birtha Jr.  Also, his five sisters (the late) Diane Gutierrez, Angie Cruz, Rachel Barrientos, (the late) Delia Gonzales and Josephine Martinez.

Henry attended Massey Business College in Houston, Texas.  He was employed with Conrail, NIBCO, Jet Technologies of Elkhart and retired from Bayer, Mishawaka.  He served in VIETNAM as a Supply Clerk.  He assisted and supported five Spanish Church ministries in Texas and Indiana.  He attended Bethania Assemblia de Dios Iglesia of Houston, TX (20 years) Royalwood Pentecostal Church of Channelview, TX (8 yrs.) and at Elkhart Life Church (40 yrs.) with (Late) Pastor Roger Feiler and Pastor Mark Johnson and assisted four Spanish Ministries under Pastor Miguel Arias and Pastor Victor Osorio.  Henry served many ministries:  Bus Driver, SS Teacher, Usher/Greeter, Youth Leadership, Bible Classes hose and sang solos, group and choir.

Pastor Mark Johnson will officiate A Celebration of Life service on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 1 pm at Elkhart Life Church, 1135 Middlebury Street, Elkhart, IN.  The family will receive friends from 11 to 1 pm.  Burial immediately following the service at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 10776 McKinley Hwy., Osceola, IN  46561.  Services will be live-streamed at www.Elkhartlife.com for those who cannot attend.
