Obituary

Jack Jeffres Bradley Jr., 74, of Union, Michigan, passed away on June 22, 2019 at home surrounded by his family.  He was born in South Bend, Indiana to Jack Jeffres and Eunice G. (Walter) Bradley Sr. on May 7, 1945.  On September 28, 1969, Jack married Sharon McConnell and she survives. He worked as a cable splicer for GTE communications. Jack was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Shriners International.  He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time in nature.  Jack was a handyman and enjoyed working on farm equipment or anything mechanical or electronic.  His greatest joy was spending time with his family.  He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sharon; his children, Michael L. (Linda L.) Bradley, and Tara L. (Richard E.) Calleja; two sisters, Katherine (Jerry) Bradley Weaver and Christine Bradley Bechtel.  He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Ronnie Bradley.  Friends and family will be received on Thursday, June 27, 2019 from 4-8 PM at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, IN  46561.  A funeral service in Jack's honor will be held on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 10 AM with visitation one hour prior.  There will be a Masonic service following the funeral.  Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Shriners Children's Hospital, 2211 North Oak Park Drive, Chicago, IL  60707 or Caring Circle Hospice at Home, 4025 Health Park Lane, St. Joseph, MI  49085.
