Jack Allen Magner, age 90, of Elkhart passed away February 11, 2023. He was born July 16, 1932 in Kalamazoo, MI to the late Albert Magner and Goldie (Cooper) Magner. Jack was a proud Army Veteran and a Millwright. Spending his last working years with Bayer and Solvay Enzymes. A true jack of all trades, he loved woodworking, spending time with children and animals and loved working for his Lord and Savior. Jack is preceded in death by his parents and sisters; Mary Zablocki, Betty Schmucker, Helen Parsons, Gloria Magner and Carla Zimmer. He is survived by his wife Nancy (Vanslager) Magner, siblings: Arley (Janie) Magner, Sandy Dash, Judy Zimmerman and Trudy Dudley, children; Rebecca "Beccie" (Dennis) Blackburn, Sherry Weburg, Rex (Kathy) Magner, Arley (Sandy) Magner, Delbert (Stephanie) Magner, William (Joyce) Magner, Frank (Kimberly) Magner, Janet (Rob) Meyer, Lori (Keven) Klingerman, David Geesaman and Rita (Mark) Wegner, also surviving are 39 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and 20 great great grandchildren. Services will be held at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home on Friday February 17, 2023 at 12 noon. Visitation will be from 10 am until services begin at 12 pm.
