Jackie L. "Jack" Moore, age 77, of Elkhart, IN passed away May 8, 2023. He was born December 24, 1945 in Charleston, WV to the late Charlie and Macel (Slaton) Moore. Jack retired from Patriot Homes after 21 years of service and was an huge St. Louis Cardinals fan. Among his hobbies and interests were fishing, woodworking and NASCAR. Preceding him in death are his parents, brothers Bill, Roger, and Ray Moore, sisters Kay Stafford, Lillian Medford and Joyce Boggs. Surviving his memory are his wife, Diana (Perry) Moore, sons Justin (Kim) Moore, Charles Moore and Quinton Veatch, 10 grandchildren and two brothers James and Chuck Moore. Services will be held at 1:00 pm at the Victory Chapel in Elkhart, IN May 16, 2023 with burial to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. A period of visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church.
