James M. Loney, 58, of Osceola, died Thursday, October 17, 2013. The Dubuque, Iowa native was born December 1, 1954 to Delos and Alvina (Reiss) Loney. Jim was the manager of Applebee''s Restaurant in Mishawaka and was the current President of the Osceola Town Council. He was also a member of the OC Papa''s Motorscooter Club. Jim was preceded in death by both parents and two brothers, Dennis & Raymond Loney. Survivors include his wife, Robin R. Loney; daughters, Erin (Tony) Niedbalski & Shanna Loney, both of Mishawaka and his grandchildren, Ethan & Emma Niedbalski. Jim is also survived by his twin sister, Judy (Dick) Pergande and his brother, Mark (Mary) Loney, both of Dubuque, IA. Funeral Services 1:00pm Wednesday, October 23, 2013 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, with Rev. Larry Chrisman of Faith United Methodist Church, South Bend officiating. Friends may call 11:00-1:00 Wednesday in the funeral home. Interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
