Jason Robert Heed

April 12, 1981 – May 01, 2024

Our beloved Father, Son and Brother Jason R. Heed passed away unexpectedly in Mishawaka, IN on May 1, 2024.

Jason was born on April 12, 1981, in Elkhart, IN to Robert Heed Jr. and Debra Walsh.  He grew up in the Michiana area, attending Edwardsburg schools with his twin brother Justin Heed.

Growing up he thoroughly enjoyed spending time at his grandparents' house on Clear Lake.  He also enjoyed riding motorcycles and ATVs with his brothers, sisters and friends.  Cars and music were also a large part of his life, Eminem being one of his favorites.

If you knew Jason, you know he loved to have fun and you likely have a great story.  His sense of humor was second to none, especially when he was with his twin brother Justin.  For example, the two of them were well known to imitate a couple of "animated" characters from a popular MTV show during their informative years in the 90's and 00's.  If you know, you know, and you are likely chuckling right now thinking of the two of them.

He adored his family and friends.  He loved his parents, children, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends so much.  He was someone that you could count on to help when he could.  The first to say "love you Mom", "love you Bro", "love you Sis".  He loved his children (Abrianna, Hailey, Cameron and Quinn) with every ounce of his being.  Jason will be missed by many.

Jason is survived by his parents Debra Walsh and Robert (Karen) Heed Jr, his children Abby, Hailey, Cameron and Quinn, Grandfather Robert (Juanita) Heed Sr, brothers Chris (Tami) Stout, Justin (Ila) Heed, Shane (Paige) Hillebrand and Seth (Hailee) Hillebrand, sisters Celena (Dewey) Tucker and Natalie Heed, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Jason was proceeded in death by paternal grandmother Darlene J. (Aker) Heed, maternal grandparents Lorraine M. Wolfe and Robert D. Walsh Sr., and an Uncle Robert D. Walsh Jr.

Visitation and Celebration of Jason's life will take place on May 9th, 2024, between 5pm and 7pm at Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Osceola, IN.  Friends and family are invited and encouraged to share their fond memories of Jason.
