Jeffery M. Bishop, 44, died Thursday, July 1, 2010 at Elkhart General Hospital. The Elkhart native was born on January 15, 1966 and was employed as a Machinist at Custom Fabricators. Jeff was a devoted father and also enjoyed spending time outdoors; he was an avid fan of NASCAR, the Cubs and Notre Dame. Jeff is survived by his son, Bradley M. Bishop of Goshen; mother, Barbara E. Bishop of Elkhart; father, Terry M. (Jodi) Bishop of Elkhart; brothers, Randy (Cheryl) Bishop of Bristol, David (Penny) Bishop of South Bend and Brian (Cindy) Bishop of Altus, OK; sisters, Tina (Steve) Ratliff of Elkhart, Anna Bishop of Elkhart and Ashley Bishop of Elkhart. Friends may call Monday from 4-8pm at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway. Funeral Services 10:00am Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at the Funeral Home, with calling one hour prior to services.
